Wedding Ceremony/Reception

APRIL - OCTOBER

Sunday - Thursday = $4,000

Friday = $4,500

Saturday = $5,000

Outdoor Ceremony set-up = Additional $500 (chair rental & set-up/unity table/1-hr wedding rehearsal (day before event))


November - March

Sunday - Thursday = $3,000

Friday = $3,500

Saturday = $4,000 

Indoor Ceremony set-up = Additional $300 (chair rental & set-up/unity table/1-hr ceremony rehearsal (day before event))


Price includes:  Private Venue, On-Site Free Parking, Tables, Chairs, Day before decorating & set-up, and Cleaning Fee 


NOTE:  Holiday/Holiday Weekend Event Pricing = Additional $500

In order to reserve your designated date:  A Wedding Contract must be signed AND an initial Deposit must be received by The Grand O2 Event Center. 

Intimate Weddings (<100 guests)

(Outdoor or Indoor Ceremony set-up = Additional $300 - $500 (Chair rental, Set-Up, Unity table, 1-hr ceremony rehearsal planning - day before event, Etc.)

Private Venue, On-site Free Parking, 60" Round Tables & White Chiavari Chairs for 120 guests, Gift/Card & Snack Tables, set-up day before event, and Cleaning Fee

 Dessert table set-up with plates, silverware, and napkins.  Also includes a Dessert table attendant to ensure your dessert table stays stocked and fresh.  Does Not Include:  Serving and cake cutting.

Early Access (Day of Event)

 Early access to the venue on day of event to utilize Bridal Suite (Get ready/Hair/Makeup/etc), Wedding Party Suite (Grooms suite), "Day of Event" decorating such as Fresh Flowers, Dessert Table, Etc.  

End of the Night Tear Down & Storage

$550

 Leave the tear down and hassle to us.  We will take down & clear decorations, and place items in private locked room so you and your guests can enjoy the night.  Then forget about the hassle of loading up all your decorations that night!  Leave them in the PRIVATE LOCKED ROOM until following day!

Events

Enjoy your Special Events with us!

Events such as:  Family Gatherings, Cooperate Events, Reunions, Parties, Etc.  The possibilities are endless!


PRICING:


2-4 hours = $500

4-6 hours = $650


Additional Hours (after 6 hours) = $75/hr

Price Includes: Private Venue, On-Site Free Parking, 10 - 60" Round Tables, 4 - Serving Tables, 80 White Folding Chairs, and Cleaning Fee



Holiday/Holiday Weekend Event Pricing

Set Up BEFORE Event

Avoid the hassle and set up for your event the night before (if date available) or day of your event

$150 for 2 hours set-up the evening before or the day of your event.
